Brittany Mulkey was absolutely FANTASTIC in helping my husband and I find the right vehicle ! She took her time helping us crunch numbers and was so efficient with finalizing this process for us! They have a great selection to choose from and Would 10/10 recommend CU Autobranch . Had a great experience buying a 2024 Chrysler Pacifica at CU AUTO BRANCH. The vehicle was exactly as described on Car Fax. Low miles, one owner, no damage and in great shape at a low price. Most cars we had looked at before at big dealerships this sounded great, but they had undisclosed damage (like flooding) , accident damage, and lots of wear and tear. The Pacifica at CU AUTO BRANCH, although it is a small no frills dealer, was exactly as described and in pristine condition. After a test drive we sat down with CJ Casey who went over all thr pricing, paperwork, and registration information on printed paper with no electronic signatures. He took his time explaining everything wanting to make sure we understood. We were pleased with everything and in about an hour we were the happy owners of a used 2024 Chryslet Pacifica. Suggest you check CU AUTO BRANCH if you are looking for a fair price on a clean low mileage used car. We are very happy we did!

I had a very positive experience here. Brittany and Tammy were very helpful and didn't make me feel pressured. All the cars I looked at were clean inside and out, they have a great selection of vehicles. I would defiantly recommend this dealership to my friends. I love my new to me Nissan Pathfinder. This small, busy office is full of helpful staff addressing everyone’s needs. I have bought two cars from this CU Auto Branch in my life and both times I had great experiences. Most recently I was helped by CJ who made the process smooth and easy. He was very respectful and helpful and made sure I understood every step of the process. He answered all of my questions and educated me on things I wasn’t familiar with, such as gap insurance. You can’t ask for a quicker, easier experience than buying here. You will not be pressured and you’ll be treated with great respect. Thanks for making this a pleasant and painless experience, CJ!! Highly recommend.
