This small, busy office is full of helpful staff addressing everyone’s needs. I have bought two cars from this CU Auto Branch in my life and both times I had great experiences. Most recently I was helped by CJ who made the process smooth and easy. He was very respectful and helpful and made sure I understood every step of the process. He answered all of my questions and educated me on things I wasn’t familiar with, such as gap insurance. You can’t ask for a quicker, easier experience than buying here. You will not be pressured and you’ll be treated with great respect. Thanks for making this a pleasant and painless experience, CJ!! Highly recommend.

The fact that there is no pressure and you know exactly the price of the car (no haggling involved) just made me a client for a long time. Kudos for CJ for being patient and answering all my questions. He made my purchase a great experience!

Best car experience of my life! I’ve owned many cars, and this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying one.First, the customer service was top tier. Ned and Chelsea was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I was in and out of the office with my paperwork in about 15 minutes — something I’ve never experienced before when buying a car.There was no hustle or pressure at all. The price was the price, and it wasn’t overpriced. I also appreciated that there were no unnecessary extra fees added on.I also spoke with Brittany, who answered all of my questions. I called several times, and she answered every call and took the time to help me each time.If you’re looking to buy a car, this is definitely the place to go. You won’t regret it!
